Got stranded in Oceanside, from West Covina, on the way to a concert. Called and spoke to Julio who promptly got my pertinent information in anticipation of my car. My car was towed in after hours. Early the next morning, Mike phoned to assure me that my car was scheduled for a diagnostic check. My car was repaired the same day!! Unable to pick up until the weekend and was assured by Mike that it was not a problem and safe at the lot. Great service!!!

Best car buying experience by far! Eddy made sure everything was ready to go when we arrived. Super friendly and honest and didn't try to sell me anything more than what I asked for. After a quick test drive we worked out the numbers and shortly after my wife and I were on our way with our new car.

Honestly, not usually a fan of service departments at dealerships. Usually they are very dishonest in their prices and trying to sell you on service you don't need. Every time I have come here for service, these guys made sure I get taken care of. If you specifically want a tech that takes care of his customer's, ask for Ryan. This guy knows his stuff and is very proficient at his trade. Although some constructive advice would be that these guys need to work on their communication skills, they always do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied.In summary, if you don't have problems taking your vehicle to a dealership for service, take it here. I would.
